By purchasing a commission from me, you acknowledge you have read and understand my Terms of Service. These terms are subject to change at any time, with or without any prior notification. I reserve the right to refuse any client at my own discretion.

What I Will Not Draw: Under 18 characters in adult situations

Depending on my queue as well as image content, your piece can take a few days to a few weeks to be completed.
I do not give time estimates.
Please be patient with me! Sometimes life gets in the way, but I will ALWAYS complete a piece.

Process:

Any and all references, whether it be for the character or pose, must be provided before I begin working on your piece.
An approval sketch will be shown for the commission; once it is approved, I require payment in-full. I will NOT work on your image any further until I receive payment. (approval sketches will not be shown for wingits or sketch work)
You are allowed a maximum of 3 free changes to the initial sketch; any extra changes require a small fee. Once the sketch is approved, I will not be able to make any major edits.

You can be shown the line art and flat colored stages upon request when purchasing anything over a sketch. You are allowed 2 minor changes to each of these stages, including but not limited, to adding small features such as horns or marking/color edits.
After you have approved the final stages and the image is posted I will NOT make any further edits.

Payment:

All of my prices are in USD. I accept payment through PayPal. I cannot and will not accept payments in the form of cash, check, or money order.

For all of my art, please send all payments as “services” and NO SHIPPING REQUIRED.

Usage:

I hold all rights to my commissions to redistribute as I see fit. Purchasing a commission from me does not give you commercial rights to an image.
All copies of an image sent to you are for personal use only. Personal use includes but is not limited to cropping for use as an icon or avatar, printing with NO intention to sell, and providing it to other artists as reference. You are free to redistribute the work in your own personal gallery so long as I am credited as the artist with a link back to the original submission. Commercial redistribution is forbidden.

Refunds:

If I cancel the commission, I will issue you a full refund. Otherwise, I do not do refunds due to the nature of my work and this being my only source of income. I am always willing to work with a customer if a piece of art isn't what they want, but only before it is finished!
